GLOBAL GROWTH PLAN

Global Growth Plan

The starting point of four-way orientation. For families with children aged 7 to 18: see the direction first, then plan from the destination back, so that growth is carried through every day and every season.

ITHE ANNUAL CYCLE

Twelve months, one mechanism that keeps running

A year is not twelve separate consultations. Information is updated before each session and a checklist follows it; the route is recalibrated each quarter and a record builds across the year.

  1. I

    Record and consensus

Understand the child, the family's goals and the limits of its resources.
  2. II

    Route and foundations

Set the main line for study, language and interests.
  3. III

    Practice and choice

Select programmes and carry out the key actions.
  4. IV

    Review and upgrade

Take stock of what has changed and shape the plan for the next year.

IIBY AGE

Priorities that change with age

07–11

Primary school

Build the foundations first, then watch for direction

  • Study habits and the structure of time
  • Reading, expression and language foundations
  • Exploring interests and long-term projects
  • Working together as parent and child, and agreement within the family

12–15

Middle school

Towards clearer choices

  • Independent study and subject strengths
  • Project work and proof of ability
  • Choice of school, curriculum and route
  • A natural link to international education options

16–18

High school

Turn strengths into verifiable results

  • Deeper study and academic positioning
  • Advanced competitions and research papers
  • The pace of standardised tests and summer-school planning
  • Direction of study and the link to applications
IIILANGUAGE

Language ability does not begin with an exam

First build real communication, reading and expression. Once the student reaches a suitable stage, move on to IELTS or another standardised test. Assess first, then match; ability first, then the exam.

  1. I

    Ages 7–10

Natural listening and speaking, and graded reading
  2. II

    Ages 10–13

    Reading, writing and academic expression
  3. III

    Ages 13–15

Academic English and the link to exams
  4. IV

    Ages 15–18

    Exam results and academic use
