A recognised Bachelor of Engineering degree awarded with Honours Class 2, Division II. A recognised qualification in engineering, such as a diploma, with at least 5–10 years of extensive professional experience as a technical officer 或同等学历 or higher in the electrical power engineering discipline may be considered in lieu of the 学士学位. Applicants must also include a CV providing a brief account of their work history to date.
