This is an advanced standing programme.; Applicants should have the relevant Diploma in Building qualifications or related disciplines from a recognised institution and a good command of English, including the ability to communicate ideas in writing and verbal discussion are eligible to apply.; All other relevant qualifications and work experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

课程Curriculum

All lectures are fully taught at SIM and students are not required to travel to Australia
Class requires a minimum of 50 students to commence
Lectures are normally conducted by both RMIT Academic Staff and Local Lecturers
The average teacher:student ratio is 1:16
The average teacher:student ratio is 1:14
Attendance requirement for full-time (international) students at 90%, and local students at 75%
A degree conferral ceremony is held in August or September each year in Singapore
