学士学位 in architecture, landscape architecture, building, building services engineering, building surveying, civil engineering, construction management, housing management, quantity surveying, property and facility management, project management, information technology or other related disciplines from a recognised institution。A Bachelor’s degree in architecture, landscape architecture, building, building services engineering, building surveying, civil engineering, construction management, housing management, quantity surveying, property and facility management, project management, information technology or other related disciplines from a recognised institution. Equivalent corporate membership of relevant professional institutions may be considered for exceptional admissions of non-bachelor’s degree applicants who possess related working experience in the construction industry.
